KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

WESTERN COUNTRIES

THE ROLE

- KEY RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRIVATE LABEL SALES


As Key Account Manager for the Western markets (Benelux, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK, USA), you will hold a central responsibility for private label sales to some of Europe’s and the USA’s strongest retail chains. You will:


  • Further develop existing customers in the segment
  • Drive canvassing and new business with major retail chains
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and understand their commercial processes
  • Prepare quotations, manage sales processes, and negotiate framework agreements
  • Participate in international trade fairs such as ISM, PLMA, etc.
  • Deliver market and product analyses that document potential and support decision-making
  • Work closely with Project Management, Sourcing, Finance, and Quality to ensure strong launches


You will have clear ownership of your markets with the freedom to develop your own sales plan.

    YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

    • Have solid experience as a Key Account Manager or International Sales Manager
    • Understand retail structure, decision processes, and margin logic
    • Have drive, commercial acumen, and the courage to pursue new customers while developing existing ones
    • Thrive with freedom under responsibility and can structure your own markets
    • Speak Danish and English – German or French is a plus but not essential • Have an FMCG background, preferably within private label



    YOUR EDUCATION

    You have a commercial education such as Cand.merc., HD, HA, or similar – but experience and commercial strength are most important.



    PRACTICAL INFORMATION

    • Workplace: Live centrally in Denmark within commuting distance to the office in Vejle
    • Travel: Trade fairs and customer activities as needed
    • Compensation: Competitive package with pension, bonus, etc., aligned with your competencies
